Mill Creek Ravine fronts the south west border of Avonmore, a residential area in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The south east borders Argyll Road, a major thoroughfare in the city of Edmonton. 76th Avenue fronts the northern edge and 75th Avenue the east.

Avonmore also shows diversity with its neighbouring communities. Separated by Mill Creek Ravine are its neighbours Argyll, Hazeldean and Ritchie. The residential area of King Edward Park sits to the north and the industrial zones of Girard Industrial and Coronet Addition Industrial are to the east and south east.

Avonmore School is an elementary and junior high school facility within the neighbourhood’s borders that is home to the Nellie McClung Program. Created for Junior High School Girls, it offers an all girl, uniformed educational environment, similar to that of private prep schools. Demographics:
